LAMP TECHNOLOGY RETURN POLICY

Customers returning products must call Customer Service at 1-800-533-7548 to request a Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) number for any products you are returning. No Credit or Refund will be issued without prior authorization. (RMA Number) The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

There is a 15% restocking charge on each product returned at our discretion.

Lamp Technology will replace or credit your return, at no charge for any defective product or incorrect product shipments.

Shortage and Breakage must be reported upon receipt of shipment.

All returns must be shipped back via UPS.

All Non-Stock or Special order products are not returnable.

No Refunds or Credits will be given after 30 days of invoice date.
